Launching DIVAMED without stopping the clinic

We start with a limited working loop, check the data and scenarios together with the clinic's team and move to daily work only after acceptance.

Six verifiable stages of launch

The timeline depends on the volume of migration, documents, integrations and the team's readiness. We confirm the calendar plan after the assessment rather than promising the same timeline to every clinic.

Step 1

We fix the tasks and the boundaries of the launch

We define the clinic's departments, staff roles, the current system, mandatory documents, integrations and the first working scenario.

An agreed launch plan and a list of responsible people.
Step 2

We prepare and check the data migration

We receive a test export and match patients, contacts, services and other agreed data. Discrepancies are recorded before the main migration.

An accepted test sample and a clear volume of migration.
Step 3

We set up the working loop

We create staff and roles, the schedule, services, document templates, access rights and the required connections. EGISZ is checked on the clinic's infrastructure.

A ready test database built around the clinic's processes.
Step 4

We train the team by role

The administrator goes through booking and communications, the doctor — the record and documents, the manager — control of operations and metrics.

Every role performs its key scenario without hints from the implementer.
Step 5

We run a test working day

We check booking, the visit, a document, payment and the patient's next step on a limited set of real scenarios.

The list of comments is closed or accepted with owners and deadlines.
Step 6

We launch and support

We agree on the cut-over date, monitor the first working days and collect the team's questions into a single list.

The clinic works in DIVAMED, and further tasks don't block the daily process.

How we accept the data migration

Before the main migration we agree on the set of data and check a control sample. The source system and the quality of the export affect the volume that can be migrated.

  • The number of patients and the correctness of the main contacts
  • Links between appointments, doctors, services and departments within the agreed scope
  • A control check of dates, amounts and key documents
  • A separate list of data that cannot be migrated automatically
  • A person responsible for acceptance on the side of the clinic and DIVAMED

How the first case studies will appear

DIVAMED is only starting its pilots. We don't publish unconfirmed reviews or promises. For the first clinics we fix the starting point in advance and measure:

  • time to the first working booking
  • share of staff who completed their role scenario
  • number of critical comments before launch
  • time to process a confirmation, reschedule or cancellation
  • notification deliverability and the share of patient replies

At the demo we will fix the first working loop, the data sources, the team's roles and the checks needed before the transition.

We will get back to you within one business day. No obligation and no pushy calls.
